Terms of Service

1. Limited License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Spark Fusion Service grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license to download, install, and execute one copy of Egg Krush on an authorized Android mobile device exclusively for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Cloud Save Accounts & Security

• Registration Choice: You may enjoy the game in local guest mode without an account. If you register an optional Cloud Save account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Password Protection: Passwords are transmitted via HTTPS encryption and stored using secure server-side one-way salted hashing algorithms (bcrypt). We never store plain-text passwords.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities conducted under your cloud account. Promptly notify support@sparkfusionservice.com if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches.

3. In-App Purchases & Google Play Billing

• Google Play Billing Integration: All digital goods and virtual consumables available in Egg Krush (such as virtual coins, extra lives, and booster packs) are processed exclusively through Google Play In-App Billing in full compliance with Google Play Developer Policies.
• Order Delivery: Purchased virtual items are delivered promptly upon confirmation of the transaction token by Google Play. If a network interruption delays delivery, use the in-game "Restore Purchases" button or contact support with your Google order receipt.
• Pricing & Taxes: All prices displayed in-game include applicable taxes where required by law and are set in the currency supported by your Google Play regional store.

4. Refunds & Statutory Consumer Rights

• Google Play Refund Policies: Refund requests for in-app purchases are handled in accordance with Google Play's standard refund policies and applicable statutory consumer protection laws in your country or region.
• How to Request a Refund: You can submit refund requests directly through your Google Play Order History on your Android device or via the Google Play website within the applicable timeframe.
• Support Inquiries: If you experience billing errors, duplicate charges, or defective digital item delivery, contact our studio team at support@sparkfusionservice.com with your Google Order Number (GPA.xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx), and we will assist in resolving the issue.

5. Virtual Items, Boosters & Economy

• No Cash Value: Virtual coins, boosters (Egg Hammer, Sky Hawk, Meteor Strike, Bomb Booster, Rainbow Egg), and extra hearts constitute a limited license for gameplay utility only. They hold no real-world cash or monetary value.
• Non-Transferable: Virtual items cannot be sold, gifted, traded, or redeemed for real-world currency, tangible goods, or cash prizes from Spark Fusion Service or any third party.
• Rewarded Video Perks: Rewarded video ads powered by Unity Ads that provide free boosters or lives are subject to third-party network availability, age-screening settings, and ad inventory.

6. User Conduct, Anti-Cheating & Account Suspension

You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including:

• Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or modifying the Egg Krush APK application package or server protocols.
• Using memory editors, speed-hacks, automated bots, trainers, scripts, or third-party cheat tools to manipulate level moves, scores, or booster inventory.
• Exploiting server bugs or participating in fraudulent purchase chargebacks.

Enforcement: We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate Cloud Save accounts found engaging in cheating, fraud, or terms violations, without liability for lost virtual items.

7. Game Updates & Service Balancing

To maintain fair play and introduce new content, Spark Fusion Service reserves the right to periodically release game patches, balance puzzle difficulty, adjust booster parameters, add new world map stages, or discontinue older client versions, subject to applicable law. Reasonable notice will be provided if online cloud services are ever permanently discontinued.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• As-Is Provision: Egg Krush is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for smooth 60 FPS performance, we do not warrant that gameplay will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every hardware specification.
• Loss of Progress: While our Cloud Save system provides secure backup, Spark Fusion Service is not liable for progress lost due to device hardware damage, factory resets without prior cloud backup, network transmission failures, or operating system incompatibilities, except where prohibited by non-waivable statutory law.
• Statutory Protections: Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any consumer rights or statutory remedies that cannot be lawfully limited under applicable local consumer protection legislation.

9. Intellectual Property & Asset Licensing

• Original Creations: The game title Egg Krush, Rocky the chick mascot character designs, storyline, level layouts, visual themes, custom UI elements, and studio branding are the intellectual property of Spark Fusion Service.
• Third-Party Components: Egg Krush utilizes third-party software libraries including the Unity engine runtime, Unity Ads SDK, open-source audio utilities, and Google Play billing libraries. All respective trademarks and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Account Deletion, Governing Law & Contact

• Account & Data Deletion: You may terminate this agreement and erase your cloud profile anytime using in-game settings or our public web portal at https://sparkfusionservice.com/delete-account.php.
• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable governing laws, without giving effect to conflict of law principles.
