Request Account & Player Data Deletion

In accordance with Google Play User Data and Account Deletion Policies, GDPR (Article 17), and CCPA, players can permanently delete their cloud save accounts and associated personal data at any time.

Method A: In-Game Instant Deletion

Fastest method if the game is still installed on your device

If you currently have Egg Krush (or another Spark Fusion title) installed on your Android device, you can erase your data immediately without waiting:

  1. Launch Egg Krush.
  2. On the main map or home menu, tap the Settings icon (Gear symbol).
  3. Tap Account & Cloud Save.
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Cloud Account & Erase Data.
  5. Confirm the verification prompt. Your cloud profile and synced save file are purged from our live database immediately.

Method B: Public Web Deletion Request Form

Required by Google Play if you have already uninstalled the app

If you have uninstalled the game or cannot access your mobile device, please fill out the official deletion request form below. Our support team will verify your account and process the purge within 30 days.

The username you created when enabling Cloud Save in the game.
Optional. Used to send confirmation receipt once deletion is completed.

What Data Is Deleted

When your request is processed, the following information is permanently removed from our active production databases:

  • Cloud Save profile (Username, optional email)
  • One-way salted password hashes
  • Level progression & 3-star map ratings
  • Booster inventory (Egg Hammer, Hawk, Meteor, etc.)
  • Virtual coin and life balances
  • Device telemetry linkage and sync timestamps

Retained Data Disclosures

In compliance with Google Play Developer Terms and applicable financial/tax regulations, limited transaction records may be retained separately from your game profile:

  • Financial & Billing Receipts: Google Play transaction tokens, order numbers, and timestamped purchase receipts are retained as required by statutory tax and financial accounting laws for auditing purposes. Spark Fusion Service does not store credit card or banking information.
  • Fraud Prevention Logs: Anonymized security logs required to resolve chargeback disputes or prevent system abuse are retained for the statutory limitation period and then permanently deleted.

Retention & Timeframe SLA

Processing Time: All web requests are validated and processed within 30 calendar days.

Cancellation Window: If you submitted a deletion request in error, you may cancel it within 7 days by emailing our support desk with your username.
